Intel has released its latest Intel Arc graphics driver version 31.0.101.4576, which brings crucial fixes for Remnant 2 and World War Z. The former gets a fix for texture corruption that could occur during gameplay while the latter also has a texture-related fix that gets rid of flickering textures.
Elsewhere, the new driver download will work with all Intel Arc and Iris graphics products including cards made by third parties, such as the Acer Predator BiFrost Arc A770. As we found in our review of that card, the Intel Arc graphics cards still have plenty of stability issues and require lots more work from the driver team to ensure gamers get a high and steady frame rate. So, it’s good to see the company providing such a driver update that fixes issues both for brand-new, upcoming titles such as Remanant II as well as older titles like World War Z.

- System may hang while waking up from sleep. May need to power cycle the system for recovery.
- GPU hardware acceleration may not be available for media playback and encode with some versions of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Topaz Video AI may experience errors when using some models for video enhancement.
- Blender 3.6 may experience an application crash during render operations when Hardware Ray Tracing is enabled.
- Adobe After Effects may experience an application crash during render operations.
Intel Core Processor Products:
- Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 (DX12) may exhibit corruption on certain light sources such as fire.
