The first single slot Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti has emerged

A slimmed down version of the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB has leaked, but it's unclear what compromises have been made with this Nvidia graphics card.

Single slot Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 ti

A single slot Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti has emerged, serving as the first example of a Lovelace graphics card slimmed down to such a profile. Adding to its rare qualities, it’s also one of the few blower-style models on the market.

While the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti has endured a somewhat tepid critical reception, its 16GB variant does make the Nvidia graphics card more attractive to those that need more VRAM as opposed to frames per second. Nvidia’s latest architecture has also proven fairly efficient putting less power and heat strain on cards than previous generations. With this in mind, it’s easy to understand why manufacturers would seek to create a single-slot design.

It appears that Colorful has accomplished just that, if photos of the alleged single-slot GeForce RTX 4060 Ti are to be believed. Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), Zed__Wang has shared several images of the graphics card, including length and width measurements.

Wang claims that this is the 16GB version of the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and that it’s made by Colorful, but there’s no trace of the graphics card on its site. It’s also unclear what, if any, cuts to specifications have been made to cram it into such a small form factor (20mm wide to be precise).

Fascinating as it is, this GeForce RTX 4060 Ti is unlikely to be sold to consumers, instead finding its way to OEMs and businesses for use in workstations. So, be sure to check our best graphics card list for recommendations on what pixel pusher to pick up.
