Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB release date, specs, and price

Nvidia's mid-range GeForce RTX 4060 Ti gaming GPU has 4,352 CUDA cores, with options of graphics cards with 8GB and 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Mockup

The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB is available to order now, with the new variant of the RTX 4060 Ti including double the VRAM of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB. It takes on the likes of the AMD Radeon RX 7600 and the RTX 4070 for frame rate supremacy in the $270-$599 price range.

The increased VRAM of this version of the 4060 Ti means it can unlock performance at higher resolutions and with extreme graphics settings such as ray tracing turned on. And this isn’t a theoretical limit, we’ve seen in our own testing how the 8GB vs 16GB graphics card fight is one that’s real. However, with no increase in clock speed or any other features, the 16GB card isn’t otherwise faster than the 8GB model, yet it costs $100 more – be sure you know what performance you’re hoping for before you buy.
