Cooler Master has announced its latest all-in-one (AIO) CPU coolers, the 360L Core and 240L Core. The new Cooler Master L Core AIO coolers include redesigned copper bases that better target the hotspots of the latest processors, compared to the company’s previous L series coolers.
Water flow rate and pressure have also been increased to ensure heat is wicked away from the hotplate as quickly as possible. This is reflected in a slight increase in pump power, rising from 2.36W on the ML240L to 3.96W on the 240L Core.
Also upgraded is the radiator which incorporates deeper fins for increased surface area. This has been achieved without increasing the overall dimensions of the radiator, according to Cooler Master’s data, which is quite impressive.
For fans of RGB lighting, the new coolers also support the more capable ARGB lighting standard that uses a 3-pin connector and allows for the cooler’s lights to show different colors rather than all stick to the same color. For more on the differences between RGB and ARGB lighting, check our RGB lighting guide.
Available in black or white, the 240L Core and 360L Core come equipped with two or three RGB fans respectively and both sport a ring of RGB lighting outlining the Cooler Master logo on the top of the pump.
The new coolers are available now, with the Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240L Core ARGB price being £89.99 and the Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240L Core ARGB price being £109.99.
